Abstract #

This dissertation is the result of our graduation project at the School of Information

Sciences, conducted within the Planning and Studies Division of the Ministry of Health, to

obtain the title of Engineer in Data and Knowledge.

During the four months dedicated to this opportunity, this project aims to set up a

decision-making solution that helps to monitor the health care and epidemics at the national

level. In this regard, dashboards and reports have been developed that will enable the

statisticians of the Division to manage and manipulate data on care provision and epidemics.

The realization of our project is supported using the Microsoft BI suite, through SQL

Server for the creation of the data warehouse, the integration of data with Visual Studio and

Power BI for Reporting.

The final goal of the work is therefore a decision-making solution, which allows its

users, according to their profiles, to access the information synthesized all available data, by

consulting the reports made available to them.
