Abstract #

This report entitled “Automation of mail management by setting up a personalized system at the Regional Directorate of Housing and City Policy Region FES-MEKNES” is a presentation of our end of studies project, carried out within the regional department of housing and city policy. The region of Fes-Meknes, with a view to obtaining the diploma of Data and Knowledge Engineer from the Faculty of Information Sciences. The flow of incoming and outgoing letters from the DRHPV-RFM continues to increase on a daily basis. Its management is becoming more and more complex. Of course, there are several solutions for the IT market, unfortunately they are not completely adapted to the needs of the DRHPV-RFM. Our objective is therefore to design a solution that meets the expectations of managers in order to support them in better dematerializing mail management.

To realize our application and achieve our goal, we first started by studying the existing solutions in the literature related to the subject in order to fully understand the problem. Then, we developed the design and modeling of our application to move on to the realization of our solution.
